A closer look at religions around the world: We have examined many different religions from around the world. In this assignment, you and a partner will be comparing and contrasting Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism.  

What:

·         You and a partner (optional) will be creating a Google Slides that conveys important details about Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism.

• Your Google Slides should include 4 topics for each religion (choose from below) that will make at least 20 slides.  Make sure that you are creative and express your ideas thoroughly.
• If you choose to work in a partnership you will be responsible for 6 topics for each religion.

·         Ultimate Goal

·         Holidays/Customs

·         Place and Day of Worship

·         Year of Origin

Grading Rubric:

Introduction Slide (name, period, etc)   5pts

• Topic 1 for each religion (pictures and description) – 20 pts
• Topic 2 for each religion (pictures and description) – 20 pts
• Topic 3 for each religion (pictures and description) – 20 pts
• Topic 4 for each religion (pictures and description) – 20 pts

• Creativity & layout = 15 points
